“Serial organizer/shit stirrer/campaign tech innovator/grandmother,” is how Glantz describes herself.
Gina Glantz first managed a campaign in 1974 and won against the longest serving Republican in the House. Her last campaign was the not-so-surprising defeat of Bill Bradley by Al Gore for the Democratic presidential nomination. In between she never stopped working for economic and social justice.
Glantz founded Martin&Glantz, a national consulting firm, had a stint at the Service Employees International Union, was a Harvard Kennedy School Institute of Politics Fellow, lectured at the Shorenstein Center and served as board member for Demos, Oxfam-America and TurboVote.
